Step 4: Profit Share

Each Frame has a Flat Rate; your profit margin is based on your price selection.

EXAMPLE

Frame 1: Flat Rate 5 K.D. & Profit Share of 85%

You select Sale Price of Frame 1 for 15 K.D.

(Sale Price - Flat Rate) x 85% = Your Profit Share
(15 KD - 5 KD) x 85% = 8.5 K.D.

You will get 8.5 KD with every product Sold.

التحميلات: الملفات التي يتم تحميلها من قبل المستخدم إلى الموقع الإلكتروني (صور، فوتوغرافيا، فن، مسح فني، فن رقمي).

الشروط والأحكام:

1. توافق على منح حقوق التحميلات الخاصة بك للشركة ليتم بيعها على الموقع الإلكتروني.
2. ستقوم الشركة ببيع التحميلات نيابةً عن المستخدم.
3. سيتم تقسيم الأرباح بواسطة الشركة.
4. حصة الأرباح والمبلغ الثابت قابلان للتغيير وستعتمد الأسعار على تاريخ التحميل وليس تاريخ التسجيل في الحساب.
5. يحتفظ المستخدم بالحق في سحب التحميلات في أي وقت.
6. يجب إتمام أي طلبات قيد التنفيذ إذا قرر المستخدم سحب التحميل.
7. لا يحق للشركة إعادة إنتاج العمل الفني دون إذن المستخدم.
8. لا يمثل المستخدم الشركة.
9. لا تمثل الشركة المستخدم، بل تعرض فقط الأعمال الفنية الخاصة بالمستخدم.

تقسيم الأرباح:
10. المبلغ الثابت: المبلغ المخصص من قبل الشركة لكل إطار.
11. نسبة الموهبة: النسبة المئوية التي سيحصل عليها المستخدم من الأرباح.
12. معادلة تقسيم الأرباح: (سعر بيع الإطار - المبلغ الثابت) * نسبة الموهبة = حصة الموهبة.

Company: AKSPRINTS, AKS, عكس
Website: www.aksprints.com
User: The user registering this form, user of website.
Uploads: File Uploads made by the user to the website (Pictures, Photographs, Art, Art Scans, Digital Art).
Terms & Conditions:
1. You agree to give the rights of your uploads to the company to be sold on the website.
2. The company will sell the uploads on behalf of the user.
3. The shares will be split by the company.
4. The profit share and flat rate, are changable and rates will depend on upload date and not account sign up.
5. The user, holds the right to withdraw uploads at any time.
6. Any in-progress orders will have to be made if user decides to pull upload.
7. The company has no right to reproduce art work without user permission.
8. The user does not represent the company.
9. The company does not represent the user, to only display artwork of user.

Profit Share:
10. Flat Rate: designated amount by the company for each frame.
11. Talent Percentage: Amount of percentage the user will take out of profit.
12. Profit Share Formula: (Frame Sale Price - Flat Rate ) * Talent Percentage = Talent Share.
